"Shipping is way too slow for the price"
I ordered a pair of shoes about two weeks ago and the tracking has barely moved since. I reached out to customer service and all they really said was to just wait. I’m not saying it’s a scam, but for what I paid, this shipping speed feels ridiculous. Definitely not the experience I expected.

"Sizing is absolutely not right"
I’m completely sure the sizing on these is way off. They felt weird the second I put them on—too narrow, super stiff, and just not comfortable at all. I’d definitely size carefully or skip them if you need a normal fit.

"I sent my order back and then…"
I sent my order back and then basically just sat there waiting. The tracking was saying it had reached them already, but the refund was not coming for a really long time. I emailed them a couple of times and the replies were kind of vague, like not very helpful honestly. It did finally show up in the end, but much later than it should have. Annoying experience, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Got My Refund Eventually"
I did end up getting my refund eventually, but I felt stupid for trusting them in the first place. The whole thing was more stressful than it needed to be, and I wouldn’t want to go through it again...

"Nice shoes overall"
These shoes are well made and feel solid overall. The stitching could be sorta neater in a few spots, but they still look good and seem like they’ll hold up well.

"Pretty disappointing unboxing experience"
I was let down when these arrived. I opened the package excited to see the shoes, but the box was crushed and the inside looked like it had just been thrown together in a hurry. For what I paid, I really expected it to feel a bit more put together and not so messy right out of the package. It kind of made the whole order feel cheap, which was disappointing. I don’t think I’d order again...

"Shoes were okay, delivery not so much"
The shoes themselves were fine, like... no real complaints there. They fit okay and looked pretty much like I expected. But the delivery took forever, or at least it felt that way, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just kind of left wondering where they even were. Not a terrible experience, just a bit annoying.

"Wasn’t sure at first, but they broke in fast"
I was a little nervous these were going to be one of those shoes that look good but end up fooling you once you actually wear them. They felt a bit stiff when I first put them on, but after wearing them around for a day, they got way more comfortable. Happy with them now.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I actually liked the shoes, but the customer service really let the whole experience down. I emailed about my order and ended up waiting days just to get a proper response. When someone finally got back to me, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve much. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for what I paid, I definitely expected better support. i wish I’d read the reviews first because I probably would’ve thought twice.

"Not really wearable, hoping they make it right"
I wanted to like the shoes on Miista, and a few designs did catch my eye at first. But the more I looked, the shapes just felt kind of odd and hard to style with everyday clothes. The colors and cuts seem like they’re trying a bit too hard to be different, and for me they don’t look very comfortable or flattering. Maybe they work for someone else’s style, but I was disappointed overall. I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a helpful solution if the purchase doesn’t live up to the way it’s presented.

The shoes themselves are nice and they fit fine, so I ended up keeping them. But the color looked noticeably darker in person than it did on the website. I’m not saying it was intentional, but it did make me wonder if the photos were edited a little too much or taken in super flattering lighting. They’re not bad shoes, just a little disappointing when you’re expecting one shade and get another.

"Wanted to love them, but I’m really disappointed"
I bought a pair from Miista and I don’t know, I just expected a lot more for the price. They looked amazing when I first got them, and I was excited, but after only a few wears the sole started coming up and the leather was scuffing way too easily. It wasn’t like I was doing anything crazy in them, just regular walking around. The whole thing left me feeling let down. The style is definitely there, but the quality just doesn’t match. I wouldn’t buy again unless something changes.

"Definitely worth grabbing when it’s on sale"
I’m happy with it, especially for the sale price. It’s one of those things where I probably would’ve hesitated at full price, but discounted, it feels like a solid buy. Like, if you catch it during a holiday sale, a weekend promo, a clearance deal, or even just one of those random price drops, it’s totally worth considering. I’ve used it a bunch already, and for everyday stuff, quick tasks, casual use, and just having it around when I need it, it does the job well. Not sure I’d call it a must-have at full price, but on sale? Yeah, I’d buy it again.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes from miista i’m impressed. The leather feels soft without feeling flimsy, and the stitching is really neat. I’ve worn them a handful of times now and they still look basically new, with no weird creasing or cheap feel. They’re definitely not the cheapest shoes, but the quality makes the price feel fair. Any hesitation I had about ordering was totally avoidable because I’d buy from them again.

"Looked great at first, but didn’t hold up"
I really liked how these looked when I first got them, but the leather started creasing way faster than I expected and the sole feels kind of cheap. For the price, I thought the quality would be better. Has anyone else had the same issue?
